The Upsonic CSCRT2000 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is a rack model and is designed to keep your pharmacy, medical and laboratory fridges powered during a power outage and prevent you from losing valuable inventory. A UPS is highly recommended if you live in a rural area where power outages are frequent. It is also required by insurance providers to make sure your fridges are fully covered should your fridge lose power before you arrive on site to transport any temperature sensitive products.
There is the option to add a battery back-up to increase the run time of your UPS to keep your fridge powered for longer. There is also the option to add SNMP contact cards which are a smart technology feature allowing you to select up to 6 people to be contacted via email and/or SMS once mains power fails to know what capacity the UPS is running at and how long they have left until they aren’t covered.
