Shipping Policy & Timeframes
Average delivery time is 3 business days, with a maximum of 10 business days unless the item is special order or made to order.
Delivery timeframes vary by product and location and are typically 3 to 10 business days.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us immediately on +61 (02) 8007 5735 or +61 (0) 458 800 003, or email admin@medlabrs.com and we will promptly look into the matter.
Delivery Confirmation & Re-Delivery Fees
Once a delivery date and time window has been confirmed by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that an authorised person is available to receive the goods.
MedLab Refrigeration Systems uses third-party courier providers and is not affiliated with their internal delivery operations. We arrange freight on the customer’s behalf using the most suitable and cost-effective service available.
Courier deliveries are scheduled within a designated delivery window on the confirmed day. Drivers are not obligated to call prior to or during delivery, and this is not a condition of service. Delivery may occur at any time within the confirmed window.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all relevant staff, departments, or representatives on-site are aware of the scheduled delivery and prepared to receive the goods.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• site inaccessibility
• incorrect delivery details or instructions
• refusal of delivery
• no authorised person available
• internal miscommunication or failure to coordinate on-site
the shipment will be returned or rebooked, and all associated re-delivery, storage, or additional freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are issued to MedLab Refrigeration Systems by the courier provider and will be passed on to the customer where applicable.
MedLab Refrigeration Systems accepts no responsibility for missed deliveries where the above conditions have not been met.
By confirming delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
Freight & Fuel Disclaimer
Freight charges provided are estimates only and may vary. The actual freight chargeable is subject to change based on fuel prices, route availability, and other factors beyond our control. Fuel prices are volatile and may fluctuate, which can affect the final freight cost.

Shipping Conditions
Freight is tailgate delivery. This includes delivery to a ground floor location such as a front or rear door or loading dock using a hydraulic tailgate or similar lifting equipment.
Drivers do not assist with unpacking or positioning of goods.
If you require Rite to Site delivery, which includes placement in your desired location, unpacking, and rubbish removal, please contact us directly for a quote.

Website pricing applies to Australian metropolitan areas only and is listed in AUD.
Regional Areas
Orders outside metropolitan areas may incur additional freight charges or extended delivery times. We will contact you to confirm any changes prior to dispatch.
If you are located more than 50km from an Australian capital city, please contact us for a location specific freight quote. Alternatively, we will provide an updated freight cost before processing your order.
