The Vacc-Safe VSI180 CO2 incubator is engineered to provide exceptional uniformity in temperature, gas, and humidity. It features a microcomputer PID control system and four sensors, which precisely regulate the cooling and heating temperatures with 0.1°C accuracy. The top-mounted fan motor and the heating system on six sides of the cabinet ensure consistent conditions throughout the chamber, which boasts a 304 stainless steel interior. Air and moisture are naturally distributed within the chamber by the six-side heating and air circulation fan. Additionally, a dual-beam IR sensor with high-temperature resistance employs NDIR measurement principles to accurately track and monitor CO2 density, remaining unaffected by temperature and humidity variations.
